PR/Account Managers act as client representatives inside our company. They work with writers, and strategist to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. They may assist with making sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience. We mainly serve North American clients, therefore fluent, professional-level English is a must. Please do not apply if you do not fulfill this requirement.
Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients.
Managing employer’s client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support.
Working closely with an experienced writer and strategist to shape engaging stories and raise client profiles
Media monitoring across a variety of industries
Prioritize PR campaigns strategically based on client’s needs and market conditions
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our services
Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
Grow value of current clients through an internal upsell process.
Proven account management or other relevant experience
An interest in media, startups, technology or entrepreneurialism
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Excellent writing and communication skills
Resilient and flexible demeanor
Professional-level English
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Ability to work in Medellin,Colombia based office
Between 3.5 to 5 million pesos depending on experience.
