OVERVIEW
We are looking for a charismatic and motivated sales professional to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.
GOALS
- Achieve the revenue targets set by Sales Managers
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Report client follow up through a digital dashboard.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Communicate with clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintain client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
- Generating leads.
REQUIREMENTS
- +1 years of experience in sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Native English or bilingual equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
- Ability to work in Medellin, Colombia based office.
