This class will address the principles of the most important legal aspects to be considered by entrepreneurs when starting a startup. There will be no legalese, laws to remember, it’s going to be in plain spanish and in the context of entrepreneurial projects. At the end of this class attendees will be able identify the risks and opportunities around the intangibles that give value to their business or ideas.

Oscar Gomez has experience advising on intellectual property matters, innovation management, content management and private contracting. He is lawyer of the University of Antioquia and has a especialist degree in management of technology innovation.
